Online Ordering
We’re happy to share that we now offer a way to order online. While most of the kinks are worked out, there is a chance if you order one of our more popular meat choices (spare ribs, beef ribs, baby back ribs, chicken halves & quarters) we may have already sold out. No worries, we’ll reach out to you to see what you want to swap out for.
You can also pre-order your food for a future date - perfect for larger orders.

Coronavirus Adjustments
We’re just writing you to let you know that we’re monitoring the current situation and making every effort to maintain the same quality you’ve come to expect of us while implementing additional changes to how we operate. As of 3/16/20 our dining room remains open for normal business hours (Mon - Fri 11a - 3p). We’ve always taken call-in orders and continue to do so (361-884-4227) if you’d rather avoid standing in line. We’ll even bring it to your car. Just today we have added the ability to order our basics online - you can even schedule your order for a future date and time. Visit our online barbeque ordering site.
We already practice good hygiene and proper sanitization methods for all food contact surfaces (as most restaurants do). While we haven’t switched to cashless transactions, it is a possibility. We also appreciate your business, however, if you are ill, we’d appreciate your staying at home. When you’re better, we’ll welcome you back.
If situations call for it, we are prepared to close our dining room and offer curbside service to ALL customers.
We hope everyone stays safe, remains calm but vigilant, and we hope to see (or serve you) soon!
