It’s that time! Graduations are upon us again, and what better way to celebrate your graduation than by letting Hoegemeyer’s take care of the stress of cooking & cleaning. Our restaurant offers private events during evenings and on weekends, and we’re ready for graduation season here in Corpus Christi. With a flexible menu, your graduation party can be as simple as sandwiches or as tasty as 3-meat smoked barbecue plates.
With only a $500 rental fee including 2 hours of time at our restaurant (plus 30 additional minutes prior to your graduation party to set up decorations) plus the cost of catering, we can accommodate practically any budget. Our most popular option is our two-meat plate including low-and-slow smoked brisket and V&V Sausage along with two sides and all the trimmings.
To take the celebration a step further, we can optionally have our beer & wine bar open for your guests - you choose if there is an open bar, cash bar, or pre-paid amount.
We also welcome your desserts - there is no additional fee for bringing your own desserts in, whether you’re having cake, cookies, candy, or cupcakes. If you need plates and utensils provided for your desserts, there will be an additional charge.
